I was inspired by Fiddy Snails (and the price,) to give this cleanser a shot. I mean how could I lose for $13? I like balm cleansers and I had been using the Banila Co Clean It Zero for a long time. It was time for a change.

The box is a little beat up. This came with a mini which I used up first. I tossed the box after taking the photo. Still it’s nice simple packaging.

The jar nicely matches the box. I don’t recall if it came with a spatula (sorry,) but if it didn’t no big deal because I have tons.

This is actually a fresh jar. Because this is an oil balm it… Melts. I let it get too warm at some point before opening so there are not pristene photos for you. Sorry guys.
Here’s what Memebox has to say about this product.

Good cleansing helps maintain an even canvas for seamless application of skincare and makeup products. We designed the ultimate oil cleansing balm to give you a gentle cleanse every day. #beginwithnooni

  • Cleansing Balm, Oil & Milk – all in one: Unique sherbet changes its texture as you cleanse so you can enjoy the benefits of a cleansing balm, cleansing oil, and cleansing milk all at once.
  • Revitalize with Jeju Water: Water is a key component in most skincare products. This cleanser is made with mineral-rich Jeju spring water that promotes vitality and elasticity of skin while you cleanse.
  • Nourish & Moisturize: Shea Butter, Citrus Peel Extract, and Lotus Flower Extract keep the skin feeling moisturized and supple

Ingredients: Mineral Oil, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Polyethylene, PEG-8 Isostearate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Water, Tocopheryl Acetate, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract, Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract, Citric Acid, Oxygen

COSDNA ANALYSIS only one low level acne trigger but I’m not only washing it off, I’m using a second cleanser afterward (and you should too.) So I’m not concerned about triggers.

I’m not really sure what is so special about Jeju water but I was pleased to see shea butter in the description. My skin loves that stuff.

So let’s see if it lives up to it’s claims. I loaded up my hand with makeup

And massaged… you can see it had some trouble with the Kiss Me Heroine Mascara. It killed my Clio Gelpresso and Color Bucket Eyeliners with no problem.

Emulsified…. you can see the mascara is still sticking around and a little stain from the MUFE Aqua rouge.

After! I didn’t even use a second cleanser on my hand. Warm water and a little rubbing (not scrubbing,) was enough to clean all my makeup off.

My take

I used this product almost exclusively for over a month now. I think it beats out my previous oil balm based on the way it rinses cleaner and leaves my skin more moisturized. I never thought my old oil cleanser was drying but on days when I switched back I noticed a difference. I give this a 4.5/5 because I love it but I’m still prone to wanderlust… I may be in the process of testing another first cleanser right now…

1- I want both my money and the time I spent using this product back. It should never be used and if I encounter another in my collection it goes to the trash bin.

2- The product is nothing special but not horrible. I would use it again or give it away if I got it as a free sample.

3-The product is nice enough but I would not repurchase because I have many better options. May be better suited for others

4-I really like this and would likely repurchase if I do not find something better.

5-I love this product and it has become a staple in my collection.

So now you know what the numbers mean!
